How am I supposed to get help with my overwhelming social anxiety?

I’ve had this since a very long time.
When I was younger, I experienced a lot of rejection in my society, especially knowing I was brought up in a working class community and people just weren’t that educated, and could bail on you for almost any reasons in the world.

Life was very hard back then, until I moved to a more educated community and get psychological therapies from random doctors, but people are really hard to trust and even though I have friends to support me now, it is still very hard to overcome the fear.

In ANY kind of social communities, I get very scared.
On the internet, I receive panic attack when I get deleted by someone, even by accident. In the real world, if I make just one mistake I get so obsessed over it and kept acting as if I could rewind everything, and repeat it over and over again.

I’m homeschooled now, because I thought that was a great idea to stay away for a while and get back new. But I realized it wasn’t a good idea because then I got more fearful, and more unused to people. At the same time, I just can’t interact in the crowd

What should I do?

I’m home schooled too, I know what your talking about. I sometimes have the same problems.
You just need to have confidence in yourself. Live in the present, not the past- the past can’t hurt you anymore. If you think you’ve done something wrong (which believe me, you probably haven’t,) you just need to forget about it. Look at it logically, decide if you really have done something wrong.
Take up a hobby or something, that might help you forget things.
Try to get out in public as much as possible. It’s gonna feel uncomfortable at first, but it will help you in the end. If you get better, try to get back into regular school. You may regret it if you don’t.
