What Is The Best Medication For Social Anxiety??

Also, I am also going to start seeing a phyciatrist next month, but they say meds "combined" with cognitive behavior therapy get best results for people with social anxiety. I "appear" outgoing, but on the inside I’m so nervous my stomach gets butterflies, hands shake, sweat, heart pounds, and sometimes I’ll just cry and have to leave before someone asks, "what’s wrong?"

    There are many different medications available. You and your psychiatrist will have determine which will suit you best.
